Garden Waste Bin

Our garden waste bin is almost full and it has another week to last. The way the leaves are dropping, I'm not sure it will last!
The council leaf sweeper came to sweep the avenue when there were barely any at all but now the place is thick with them, not a sweeper in sight. Typical!
I swept 4 large buckets of them up today (very few were our own leaves) and I am annoyed that the council don't sort the problem - every year is the same! I think I'll look on their website to see if I can report that it needs doing.
Tomorrow it will be worse than ever as we are expecting heavy rain and high winds.
