Slow rise

My daughter Naomi, has a café and bakery and as it was my birthday my other daughter Michelle took me over to St Neots to have lunch in the café!  I hadn’t seen her newish bakery so most keen to see it all. The blib shows some of her sour dough  slowing rising to be baked very early tomorrow.  I will be up very early too as I am being picked up at 3am for a flight from Luton to Lanzarote. I’ve never been before so looking forward to exploring somewhere new.
