Todd Barry
I WISH I would have got a chance to get a picture of Todd Barry the comedian we saw tonight, but much like when I saw Norm I don't really want to just pull out my big camera and snap away like the paparazzi. Anyways, what did I do today, oh yeah well I was supposed to go May Fest to see Kristy dance, but she ended up not dancing in that show so instead I cleaned up my apartment and played tennis w/Debjit. We then went to the Belmont Harbor for a dock party, but quickly we realized it wasn't our scene and we were running short on time so we cabbed it over to Marshall's where I picked up a new and much needed belt.
Went across the street to Lakeshore Theater and it took me about 30 minutes to GIVE AWAY two tickets to see Todd Barry. Everyone already had tickets and people on the street I asked were on their way to doing something else. Finally I found a couple (I had an extra pair because people canceled at the last minute - awesome) who was about to buy some so I just gave them mine. You would have thought the guy won a million bucks he was so excited.
Anyways, Todd Barry was amazing. I was crying so much and so hard I was embarrassed. My only regret is that I didn't get tickets for his Friday show since I would have loved to see him two nights in a row. If you get a chance, please do yourself a favor and see him. He was actually recently in the movie the Wrestler, he's Mickey Rourke's manager at the grocery store (bald guy who Mickey walked in on while he was looking at internet porn).
Then we went to Pick Me Up's w/Drew & Jackie and after words Debjit and I went to Barcelona. I tried to get a hold of a friend there, but I failed. When I came home I watched In Treatment and fell asleep during an episode. Not because it was bad, but because it was coming up on 5am.
Blip is of my signature. I was doing a favor for someone (another story and I've already written enough) & it turned into a large pain. I never photoshop my stuff, but I did use the magic wand to clear out the background so my signature looked real on the document =)
