Back to Woolacombe today with Dad to see friends for lunch - sunshine kind of, but still gorgeous - I'll explore this beach next time, it's just hard to take a pram down those steps - hence the visit to friends! :)

Off to another friends tomorrow for a bit of this to try & combat my allergies as someone on here said tree pollen, I agree, it must be that, as all the cold symptoms disappeared very quickly... I have an open mind & hope this works, if so, I need it on my knees too - did go to the gym this morning, after a week without, it was fine, but now, my knees are killing me & not just the left, the right is on it's way out too! Can't win! xxx
