Torture rack

Took Darwin for a walk in the gardens and he nearly got a pigeon. It went one way around a tree and he went the other. I was expecting to see the pigeon fly out from behind it but it decided to walk away instead, which was almost the last decision it made if Darwin hadn’t been on the end of he lead already. Came back and headed up town for a massage. Claire at Blue Sky Pilates did a big number no me but it was needed. Hope my right arse cheek isn’t too sore in the morning
