Last day

It was my last day of work before I go on my career break with my organisation. All a bit weird, especially, putting my out of office on saying, back in October 2023!

Anyway, as part of my last day, I was visiting my colleague, Sarah, who is taking over from me, for a final handover. Sarah lives in the Borders, so it was a very soggy drive this morning down there. Sarah made a lovely lunch, and it was great to be slobbered on by her two Italian whippets, Goose and Mabel … oh yeah, we also did some work.

Drive back home in the sunshine … and now I need to start writing a list of things I want do in the next year (I have spent me ideas).
