Evening, Westcliff-on-Sea

I was in Stevvi-land this evening.  I had driven there earlier than strictly necessary to try and beat the usually heavy rush hour traffic. Instead I got caught in a traffic queue on the M25.

My reason for coming here was to judge a print competition at Stevvi's club, but I took the opportunity generated by my early arrival to wander along the sea-front and take some photographs.  This couple were enjoying a takeaway meal, looking over the estuary in the light of the setting sun.

There were some very enjoyable prints for me to judge this evening, and I had the opportunity to chat to several friendly club members about their work. There were lots of roadworks and traffic queues then on the way home.
