The squirrels didn’t want these!

What a morning …. torrential rain and rather blustery. Even the squirrels had left the windfall of acorns and chestnuts just lying on the path.

Most sensible folk stayed in this morning but I wanted to go to Pollok Park for the unveiling of a sculpture commentating Scotland’s police dogs.

On my way back to the car I picked up the oak leaves, acorns and horse chestnuts …. not a true entry for Flower Friday!
