Hello Frikend!

A beautiful sky to start the morning with clouds and fog in the valley below. It really was the calm before the storm and I feel privileged to have been an early bird who saw it in its entirety as I made my way to school.

The rain and strong winds arrived around 11am and it really was quite something. The rain was pelted against the classroom window and the children were quite taken aback at times!!

It's just started to ease and the weekend doesn't look so bad after all. :-)
