Lunch

At breakfast they promised I wouldn't get meat. The gap on the plate is where they took away the lump of beef I was presented with. I ate cheese I'd brought. Tonight plain pasta awful as well as so bad for diabetes.

This evening had row about medication. They have taken my jar of meds and removed some. So they are lost and they showed me how few there are in it before taking it back.

Nobody came to give me test tesults from this morning .

Seems no one leaves at weekend. Don't know if I can get through without migraine. At least I've kept my eletriptan and will take if necessary.

Very fed up as was feeling fine this am.
