Late sun

The weather wasn't as bad as the forecast.
The day started with a fiery red sky then some rain and a bit of breeze so we headed out for runs mid-morning before it got worse. I wasn't going to run today until I saw I'd done 98k for the month, so I had to do that extra 2k!
There was then a couple of hours of heavy rain and a strong breeze (though not as much as I'd expected) before the sun came out and "dried up all the rain" (hope Incy Wincy was happy!). It stayed blowy for a bit but it was so nice I had a short walk while Mr Rat cooked the tea.
At least I got the ironing done and started some crab apple jelly.
