Difference

It started sunny and calm this morning. A beautiful morning for a walk. By mid afternoon we had rain and strong wind, and it was definitely feeling like a time to hunker down.

Today marks the end of my week off work. It’s felt a productive week but with time to rest.

I’ve tried to keep focussed on progressing my aromatherapy and massage (planning my practice and further training), doing jobs at home (kitchen paint and shelving bought, upholstery cleaner contacted, garden tidied), and getting exercise outside at the allotment and walking Merlin. Yesterday we also ventured to the village cafe for lunch - basic but tasty food was had, and without the need to get in the car.

Amazing what you can achieve when you don’t have to sit working all day!
