Larressingle

Fully revived after a good night’s sleep and freshly baked croissants, we set off to the village of Larressingle, the smallest fortified village in France this morning. It’s known as the Carcassonne of the Gers region. We went on a scenic long circular walk with Dino the dog, before visiting the medieval fort.
Too much red wine with our lunch at a nearby restaurant meant that we had to have a siesta before exploring Condom (the m is silent!) in the evening. Beautiful town.
