Sport Saturday

Today I was back to Saxton Field to walk Kasper and to watching a little sport of which there was only a singe game being played that I believed to be a final of the under 17's. A talented bunch they were too or at least the forwards were I was informed that half time was 6 - 3 and while I was there two goals where scored bring the total to 8 - 4 to the whites who did seem to be a bit better than the greens.
There was rain in the air and the steady breeze was biting so after a lap of the pitch we were off.

You maybe able to see black lines marked on the pitch which is for an under 11's competition starting tomorrow I believe and they play on a smaller size pitch.
