Went apple picking for foodbank with n andL. L had found an amazing apple orchard in the local country park which no one else seems to pick from. We pick d about 250 and there are loads left. My photos of the apple trees were rather dull but there were hawthorn hedges all around it with beautiful red shiny haws.
Went fi coffee with them afterwards and then over to Js to take his presents and go out for posh fish and chips (delicious but expensive!). It started to pour with rain as we got there. Collected my two newly framed pictures on the way back and then had tea and cake. Home via Wickes (still pouring with rain). Couldn’t do any out side jobs so just pottered for an hour or two and then watched tv until time to pop down to m and s for food for foodbank
