Ironheart

Falkirk's latest mural was officially unveiled last week. Called Ironheart it celebrates Falkirk's iron-working heritage and is situated on the site of a former ironworks.

Today's Blip is of a small section of the 49ft x 6ft mural, which depicts some of the products made by Falkirk district’s foundries, including baths, cooking ranges and utensils. It is accompanied by two iron sculptures which I didn't have time to examine in more detail at the time. Expect more Blips from here in the near future!
