Swansea Bay Parkrun

I’m still not ready to get back into running yet, following my various injuries, but Mr M is going great guns with his running and did the Swansea Bay Parkrun this morning. It really made me want to run too!
But I enjoyed a walk along the beach on my own while he was running. It was a beautiful morning and we had coffee and toast together in the beachside cafe afterwards.
A lovely way to start the day.
