Richard Booth’s Bookshop

The first and, now the largest, bookshop in Hay on Wye. Set over three floors, it was fun just wandering around, although in the end there wasn’t much that grabbed and I resisted the ones that (nearly) did. I’ve got a big enough pile on the floor by the bed at home.

I wonder whether Hay has lost some of its gravitas. There were lots of people looking at stuff, but I didn’t really see people buying things.

Still, was a pleasant enough diversion.
