Role Reversal

Thank you for your kindness yesterday, I really do appreciate it.  Today is a better day. 

L was trampolining with her friends at Mencap so I got some lane-lengths in at the pool which helped straighten me out, both physically and mentally. A watery BOGOF.   

Afterwards I headed over to Helton for a lovely lunch with family, followed by a wander round the village - who can resist a swing? My settings were a bit off, and I’m without any Lightroom or other processing in the absence of the computer, but I liked this moment of father and daughter.  Poppy looks on.
