Dinner was......

.....absolutely fabulous! On Facebook earlier I saw a post from the Smugglers Table that one of the specials this evening was roast saddle of venison,  which just happens to be N's favourite,  so I phoned to see if they had any availability......and was very pleasantly surprised to hear that they had!! So we have had a fabulous dinner,  the venison was wonderful and my empty plate used to contain spiced monkfish with curried potatoes and coconut sauce,  delicious.....so much so that I forgot to take a photo until the plate was empty.  I was absolutely delighted to discover that the chef's dessert of the week was my favourite chocolate fondant.
