First

My first ever park run today and I survived it, running all the way and it felt manageable, thanks to the bestest friend / coach who also gets the photo credit for today's blip. It was a lovely morning too. Home to Bailey briefly before I headed into town for a specific purpose and then home again to catch up on jobs and telly. Strictly this evening so there has been quite a bit of sofa inhabiting after this morning's relatively energetic start.
