Off the Ground

I was Run Directing at Parkrun this morning and we had a few more runners/walkers than usual as our neighbouring parkrun was cancelled due to a Festival being held in the park.  

This month Parkrun is focusing on parkwalkers in a bid to encourage more folks to come along and walk the 5k courses, so do have a go!  It's free and all you need is a barcode from the Parkrun website.

A showery afternoon gave me a good excuse to stay close to the computer processing the several hundred blips I took.  So here is Tony sprinting into the finish, both feet off the ground.

Rob sent us a video this afternoon of Euan zooming around the paved area outside his works building on his new bike, so that didn't take long!
