It is Friday!

We were without Ted again last night, but we were told that he is getting better and should be with us again in a few weeks. We miss him. Thanks to so many of you for your good wishes which Ted will read and hopefully raise his sprits.

John Ellis, from Manchester, on keyboards dedicated quite a few numbers to him. Last night two people looking like a quartet but its quality that matters and John and his guitarist Gavin Barras, played incredible and moving arrangements.

Originally from Kendal, Gavin now lives in Manchester . Gavin and John were really into their music . And I enjoyed sketching them - not too ambitious just focussing on the two. Maybe useful if I had the space to put in John's keyboard hands!

In the raffle I won some bulbs and if the weather gets warmer I would plant them!
