October already ….

Only photo today, noticed this on the dog walk this morning - not sure if it’s on its way out or on its way in.

Bit the bullet this morning and joined a well-known “group” for weight management/support. This is a lifetime change - need to keep my positivity going.

Popped into town - purchased some more baby bits and card ready for our granddaughters arrival (due date 6/10/22).

Strictly good this evening - a lot of them have improved, working so hard.
