Tranced Out

The GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) Meter is a tool we hypnotherapists use to measure how anxious/relaxed a person is in the trance state. (It's also a lie detector!!!)

Usually when a client gets on the couch to begin with they register about 60-65, and our aim is to reduce the number by 20-25... So a finishing number of about 30 is a really great session.

This client of mine started at 58 and got right down to 12. Last week, she went down to 8... Which is soooo unbelievably deep!
