Orphans

These ducklings arrived via Smooch !!!!  Naughty naughty boy.  I'm not sure how much damage Smooch has done to them, only time will tell. 
The extra was going to be my blip as I watched the adult and babies walk along our fence line, little did I know at that stage that Smooch had adsconded two of them. The mumma ( or is it dad) looks rather different to other ducks.
So, now they are in a box in the garage, snuggled in a blanket with some food that Gingernan (bird recovery expert) suggested. 
Tomorrow I will ring the SPCA to see if there are any duck rearers in the area.....that is if they are still alive.
