Widor's Toccata...played a bit differently by the Rector Chori last night.

Lots of laughs all round with the slapstick and other comedy nearing the end of 24 hours of non stop organ playing - promenade style.

Variations on Blue Danube, demonstrated the versatility of the organ and a mist pleasing listen too. 

One organist playing the distant Quire organ as well as another playing the Nave organ french style always a winner with me (Louis Vierne).


It ended with a sing along of a few rousing national songs - Proms style.
