Freezer challenge Day 2

Using a lovely piece of smoked haddock from the freezer, we hd kedgeree for lunch. I haven't made it for years, but it tasted pretty good. We also made marmlade with the last of the marmalde oranges and now have a pork casserole with cider and mushrooms in our sights for dinner.
