I’ve been looking at a bag of cooking apples for almost a week and decided I had to do something with them. I thought the most useful thing would be to cook them and freeze in small portions to use in crumbles with other fruit that’s in the freezer.

There wasn’t much that caught my eye for a blip on my afternoon wander. There’s a beer and music festival on this weekend with events at the food and drink premises near the Bridge House. I walked past but didn’t get any decent photos. Onwards to the park where I found my blip on the adjacent football pitch.
