Recovery

I was right yesterday to expect a few bits of discomfort in my legs after yesterday's excitement. No signs of actual damage, but they are not used to running on tarmac and not happy about it. 

I had no plans to do anything strenuous anyway. Foresight. 

I did go out for a walk on the shore at West Wemyss in the late afternoon, and was surprised how warm and pleasant it was in the sun. 

I got my usual West Wemyss seal Blip. I have added in a couple of Extras to show what the rest of the world looks like from that viewpoint.
