October sunshine

It's been a lovely day from Wordle in two onwards! Woke up chez Family B after our sleepover, and left them to it after breakfast, as they had plans for the day, as did we. Ours included a first wash-load in our new washing machine. These things are so complicated nowadays, but it works, that's the important thing. 

Spent most of the remainder of the day gardening, with Mr PP mowing the lawn, and me weeding and pruning. We wound up the day with a walk before sunset. There are so many public footpaths around the countryside that we could explore a different one every day if we had time. Wouldn't have wanted to interrupt these horses' supper. Now about to have dinner and relax for the evening.
