TREES AND FLOWERS

Next week The Rev has an important service…the opening of a new crocus garden at the hospital. It is to coincide with the annual butterfly service for bereaved parents…usually of miscarriage or stillborn. The new garden it to have 2 blossom trees, (1 flowers in Autumn) and 6 long troughs where parents can plant a crocus. For the official opening we bought some bedding plants too.
He had a troop of scouts to help with the clearing of the space this afternoon while I enjoyed a sunshine walk with Daisy.
