Beaumont Park

We went for a walk in Beaumont Park this morning. It is a lovely Victorian park on the side of a steep hill, with many of the structures now overgrown, making it look like a lost world - see extra.

After lunch in the park cafe we moved on to Slaithwaite for a wander round the antique and craft shops. We also found three of the snow dogs currently around Kirklees - see extra.

A great couple of days catching up.
