Country Daffodils

I visited the old farmhouse and for sentimental reasons blipped this long daffodil bed. I can still remember watching mother sitting on the grass planting each of these bulbs decades ago. She is gone now and the bed is probably overgrown, yet these nearly white, double daffys still bloom every spring.
Amazing, (or touching could be the better word) to see how our plants outlast us.
