Sunrise high tide swim with S and lots of birds this morning.
A heron, 2 cormorants, a little auk, gulls.
A supportive chat.
A warm up with the paper.
Brushed up some leaves.
To Modern 2 for Barbara Hepworth.
Very interesting. Totally different to yesterday.
Dad came.
We walked H the pooch for O.
Leek and cheese pie for tea.
Frozen Planet. Awesome.
