Another lovely lunchtime in regents park!

Out the door at 6am for 6 miles along the Thames in the early morning sun, London is beautiful in the mornings! I timed it this time and did it in 61.52 mins so now I have a proper benchmark.

Busy day in work then pizza and a glass of wine with Mike and an early night. Am blipping this at 7am on Saturday, always wake up early!
