An extra special Harvest service in our church today. 

A sincere warm faith, didactic and locally based prayer  with comment about, bio diversity, censorship working together and in the service of others. Perhaps not as well received by the parish councillors. open meeting chairman and village newsletter editor unusually present.

Also a highly engaging sermon kicking off with excerpts from an AA Milne poem -  The Kings Breakfast 


The King asked
The Queen, and

The Dairymaid:
"Could we have some butter for
The Royal slice of bread?"
