Music to my ears

I must have used headphones almost daily throughout my career.
Around 1960, not happy with the old Post Office type,  I bought my own then top of the range Sennheisers.  They served me well,  but while I was  in hospital at the start of this year, they had a lot of use and I realised that they'd had their day.These are  the replacements, not top of the range, I wouldn't pay silly money for the minor improvements that my ears would no longer hear.
They do provide me with beautiful (and often loud) music.
