The sharks are circling!

Not a political observation, but, a real view.

A visit yesterday to The Deep at Hull. A sea marine attraction with a main display tank larger than an olympic swimming pool and as deep as a diving pool. 

The tickets were free thanks to No 2 sone who shares a house with someone who works there.

Despite the size I'm not sure about the captivity of such large beasts in somewhere like this. But, the visitor side ensures that not only are they well looked after but also research and conservation work. 

Before that, we walked across and back along the Humber Bridge. The bridge opened in June 1981 and was the worlds longest single-span suspension bridge for 17 years and remains the longest single span suspension bridge that can be crossed on foot.
