Walk with Cosmo

Cosmo's natural walking pace may be a little faster than mine, even though she has short legs. I would probably struggle to keep up with her if she kept a steady pace. However every few yards she is distracted, probably by an interesting smell, so she has to stop to investigate.

Today we had a long walk in total distance. My fitness monitor said I had done quite a lot of steps, but due to the slow pace I had done no exercise. Nevertheless I expect Cosmo enjoyed the walk all the more as I allowed her to make frequent stops.

With the arrival of autumn the shadows are very long now, even in the middle of the day.
