Walk

Before breakfast I took Django out and, despite the heavy cloud, the sun was low enough that there was some pretty light. Breakfast at the hotel was of the same quality as last night's meal, with Django being given a sausage by the hotel, so we were all well fuelled for the day. A had suggested a walk that Google maps said started a half hour's drive from the hotel. I navigated the only feasible route by road, and it took the best part of two hours! Seemingly Google expected us to use the sort of track that begins at a locked gate and needs a Landover at least!

On the walk itself (up Meall Buidhe) we got a few glimpses of sunshine on the first half of the ascent, rather too much cloud, rain and wind to the summit and back, but then a pretty sunny view once almost down. Worth trying, but not the best...

We broke the long journey back by having a meal at the excellent dog-friendly bar in Dunkeld.
