‘Tis the season for …

I always find it difficult after a break to settle back into a routine. However the to do list needed addressing. It was not helped by feeling tired after our weekend runs. 

By afternoon Jet needed a walk. We decided on  a short trip to Dalby. Surprised to see how much the trees have changed and the amount of fungi that has suddenly appeared. Lots of Fly Agaric on the forest floor. This was the best specimen which seemed to have recently pushed through the moss.

Apparently the Northern lights could be seen in the north last night. I looked for them this evening but just the sunset to watch along with a group of noisy geese flying above the castle.
