Feeling rather uninspired today....... 
I never learned to read music or play an instrument sadly, but did insist my children had a go.  One did very well and got his grade 8 piano and 4 violin and still plays for fun.
Hamish is here for the night as he is off to Zaragoza tomorrow, by himself, so his first journey solo.  He will take a coach from here, then get another to Stansted from London Victoria, spend the night in an hotel and get the Wednesday flight. An adventure.  . he is a tad apprehensive but I am sure will manage as he has a voice!
