Persicaria

I had an appointment with People Matter again today, so I decided to drive to Manor Gardens, park there & walk through the gardens, this is where I saw these beauties.
The appointment went well, but I need to attend more appointments, first one next Tuesday.
Then I rushed home , made a Bara Brith cake before heading off to the Hospital for an appointment with the Doctor.
The MRI shows damage to the top of my right shoulder & nasty tears in the front of my shoulder across my chest & under my armpit. He has made me another appointment to see a Specialist for Shoulders, but for me to continue with the exercises set by the Physio.
