I'm Living In The 70's

I was given this lava lamp as a gift a few years back but I haven't ever used it... Somebody told me how awesome they are and so I decided I would actually turn it on tonight and hope that it didn't explode.

After sitting and waiting for all the wax inside to melt and for some action to happen... I am loving the novelty of this, and I feel like I just stepped on the set of "That 70's Show" now I can see why they were so popular! (Still hoping it doesn't explode)
