Staying in kinda day

I was annoyed when the Bills fell behind 20-3 in the football game. So, I thought I would stop at the deli for a sandwich. My annoyance grew. It was the first day open for the new owner. Very long story short, they weren’t serving lunch because they didn’t have the lunch menus printed yet. He bought the place from Mark about 2 months ago. Yet, he had no menus??? Fed up - well, not really FED up, I got into the car and the sky began sobbing hysterically. In the 30 seconds it took me to get to the main intersection, the flash flooding had begun. The water from left to right was rushing by me. I only had a mile to get home and it was all uphill from there, so I kept going.

Popped  a frozen pizza  into the toaster oven (not exactly eating right lately) and watched the rest of the game. It turned into a nail biter. The Bills scored 20 points, winning 23-20 on a last second field goal (kicked ball through the upright goal for 3 pts).

Much less aggravated. Pizza and a win. Exactly what Sundays should be like between September and February. :-)
