Autumnal

Only a short Wellness Walk today with a surprisingly sharp wind.
With time to spare Missy & Me popped into the woods near Duddon Bridge to have a mooch about. Autumn has definitely taken hold and there are fabulous fungi appearing everywhere.

A harrowing late volunteer shift. Sometimes all you can do is be there for someone at the end and try and let them know that someone cared.
