Blackbird

Its the second day in a row this blackbird (I think its a young one?) has arrived on the fence mid morning, and today I managed to capture it :)

Very bad night with no sleep after 3am, and its led me to thinking about my Mum so its been an emotional day - I'm not sure why that came to mind....

This morning I had my boiler serviced, and its had to have a new rubber seal - but its actually very rusty inside, and my plumber says I should be looking to have a new one, maybe in the spring.  Its probably the same one that was put in when the house was built (1983) in which case its done well.

An early night if I can stay awake....
