... visiting Barker's, a rare example of a disappearing feature of the High Street - the tobacconists.

Though I had this shop on my mental list of potential blips, on my theme of small independent shops, I had never noticed proprietor's name.

Today I was rushing past the shop, on my way to lunch, when I noticed the dogs and must have spotted the name as I glanced upwards. I just took out the camera and waited for a gap in the passing shoppers to click the shutter.
