The boat

Boat on the canal behind home. During the summer, there was a party in the nearby garden and a couple of drunk lads were in the boat. They were mid canal and struggling to get anywhere. One shouted to us “Do you boat?” in the hope we could give advise. We don’t ‘boat’ but even knowing how to row wouldn’t have helped. They’re not there now, so hopefully it all ended well.
